Your name, phone number, email, postcode district and your answers in the quote tool (boiler age, fuel, boiler type, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms and urgency). We also record the date, time and exact wording of the consent you gave.
To match you with engineers for a boiler quote. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the consent box.
With your consent, we share your details with up to 3 Gas Safe registered engineers covering your area so they can contact you by phone or email about a quote. These engineers may pay us a fee. Each becomes a separate controller of your data and must follow UK GDPR. We also use service providers to host this website and process forms (Cloudflare (hosting) and Web3Forms (form delivery), and, only if you accept cookies, Google Ads (ad measurement)).
We will not send you unrelated marketing and do not sell your data to anyone other than the engineers described above, who may only contact you about your boiler enquiry.
Up to 12 months after your enquiry, then it is deleted.
You can withdraw consent at any time, and ask to access, correct or delete your data, by emailing privacy@boilerreplacementhartlepool.co.uk. We will tell engineers we shared your details with. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
